If your copy of the game hasn't updated yet and you want to wait as God intended, good for you. Anyway, the update went online in the early hours of November 4, a full day ahead of schedule.
There's a handy rhyme about it and everything - "Remember, remember the fifth of November." Oh? That's unrelated? Well, it still helped. Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 2.0 was supposed to launch on November 5.
